For Etsy sellers
Connect Etsy orders to fulfillment and shipping — in one system.
HEEP Grid connects a seller's Etsy shop through Etsy's official Open API. Orders are imported automatically and routed into fulfillment and shipping, and once an order ships, HEEP Grid sends the carrier and tracking information back to Etsy on the seller's behalf — so the seller never has to update Etsy by hand.
How it works
From a placed order to a tracked shipment
1. Connect
A seller authorizes HEEP Grid to access their Etsy shop through Etsy's official OAuth flow — no scraping, no shared credentials.
2. Import orders
New orders and their line items sync automatically into HEEP Grid, one record per order.
3. Fulfill & ship
Orders route into fulfillment, get packed, and are handed to a shipping carrier.
4. Update tracking
Once an order ships, HEEP Grid sends the carrier and tracking number back to Etsy on the seller's behalf.
5. Reconcile
The order is marked complete and its shipment record is reconciled against Etsy's own order status.
Etsy integration
How HEEP Grid uses the Etsy API
- HEEP Grid connects to a seller's Etsy shop, with that seller's explicit OAuth consent, to read their orders (receipts) and the line items on them.
- HEEP Grid does not scrape Etsy's website or bypass the API in any way — all Etsy data access goes through Etsy's own Open API v3, using OAuth 2.0 tokens the seller explicitly grants.
- HEEP Grid only accesses data for shops whose seller has explicitly authorized the connection — it does not resell, redistribute, or expose one seller's Etsy data to any other seller.
- After an order ships, HEEP Grid sends the carrier and tracking information for that shipment back to Etsy, on behalf of the authorized seller, using Etsy's own API.
